2012 MVPA National Convention

The Military Vehicle Preservation Association will hold its 37th annual convention at the Von Braun Center in Huntsville, Alabama, on June 28, 29 & 30, 2012. The event will be hosted by the Dixie Division Military Vehicles Club, an Alabama affiliate club of the MVPA.
The event will be held in the North Hall of the Von Braun Center, located in down town Huntsville, Alabama. The north hall has over 100,000 square feet, which will allow for 112 vehicle displays and 258 vendor spaces in the same climate controlled arena...
The Von Braun Center is located at 700 Monroe Street and is easily accessed from I-565 and is 15 minutes from the Huntsville-Madison County International Airport.
Things to do in Huntsville include the Veteran’s Memorial Museum, the U.S. Space and Rocket Center, the Huntsville-Madison County Botanical Garden, the Weeden House Museum, the Burritt Museum, and the Huntsville Museum of Art, all easily accessible by the hourly downtown trolley.
Huntsville also contains Alabama’s largest Antebellum District, with restored homes dating back to the early 1800’s
